Terms of Use

Effective date: August 12, 2026

Last updated: August 12, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MyList's websites, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). In these Terms, "MyList," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the operator of the Service.

Please read these Terms carefully. By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If the law where you live requires a higher minimum age, that higher age applies. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the Service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

You may not use the Service if doing so would violate applicable law or if we have previously suspended or terminated your access for a serious or repeated violation.

2. Your account

You agree to provide accurate information, keep it reasonably current, and use only sign-in methods you are authorized to use. You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting your email account, device, verification codes, and active sessions.

Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may require verification before restoring access or acting on an account request.

3. The Service

MyList lets users create, organize, save, publish, discover, and share lists and related content. The Service may also include social features, content resolution, AI-assisted tools, analytics, paid features, and integrations with third-party services.

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We will provide notice when required by law. We do not guarantee that every feature, integration, item source, or piece of content will always be available in every country, language, device, or account type.

4. Your content

"Your Content" means content you submit to the Service, including profiles, lists, saved items, titles, descriptions, notes, links, images, comments, prompts, and feedback.

You retain any ownership rights you have in Your Content. You grant MyList a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, adapt for technical purposes, display, distribute, and otherwise process Your Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and provide the Service, and to make content available according to the visibility and sharing choices you select. This license ends when Your Content is deleted from our active systems, except where continued retention is permitted by our Privacy Policy or where others have independently copied or shared public content.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit Your Content and grant this license. You remain responsible for Your Content and for deciding whether to make it public. Do not publish confidential information, personal information about others without permission, or material you do not have the right to use.

Public content may be indexed, copied, embedded, or reshared by other people and services. Changing visibility or deleting content may not remove copies already made by others or stored in caches.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

  • violate any law or another person's rights, including privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or contractual rights;
  • post or promote unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, or seriously harmful content;
  • exploit or endanger a child;
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
  • distribute malware, spam, scams, or unauthorized advertising;
  • obtain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
  • scrape, crawl, probe, test, reverse engineer, or bypass technical limits except where applicable law expressly permits it;
  • interfere with the Service, overload infrastructure, evade moderation, or circumvent access or regional restrictions;
  • use automated means to create accounts or access the Service without our written permission;
  • submit content to AI or resolution tools when you lack the right to have that content processed; or
  • use the Service or its output to make unlawful or high-impact decisions about another person.

We may investigate suspected violations and remove content, limit distribution, restrict features, suspend accounts, or cooperate with lawful authorities when reasonably necessary.

6. AI-assisted features

AI-assisted features may generate text, classifications, suggestions, resolved items, or proposed changes based on your instructions and submitted context. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, offensive, or unsuitable for your purpose. Similar output may be provided to other users.

You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on, publishing, or sharing it. AI output is not professional legal, medical, financial, tax, employment, credit, housing, or safety advice. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for a decision that could significantly affect a person.

You grant us permission to process the prompts, content, and context you submit as needed to provide the requested feature. Our Privacy Policy explains how AI-related information is handled.

7. Third-party content and services

The Service may display or link to information, media, products, maps, websites, or services supplied by third parties. We do not control or endorse third-party content merely by displaying it. Availability, accuracy, pricing, licensing, and safety are the responsibility of the relevant third party.

Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider's terms and privacy policy. You are responsible for reviewing them and for any charges you incur.

8. Intellectual property and feedback

The Service—including its software, design, branding, and original content—is owned by MyList or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

If you provide ideas or feedback, you permit us to use them without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you as the source without permission.

If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, email mylistworld@163.com with enough information for us to identify the work, the content at issue, your contact details, and the basis for your request. We may ask for additional verification.

9. Paid features

Some features may require payment. Before you purchase, we will display the applicable price, currency, billing period, and material conditions. App-store or payment-provider terms may also apply. Except where required by law or stated at purchase, charges are non-refundable after the paid service has been delivered.

Do not purchase a paid feature unless it is shown as available and enabled in your region. A visible preview or disabled purchase control is not an offer for sale.

10. Suspension, termination, and deletion

You may stop using the Service at any time. Where available, you may delete your account through account settings.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service or others, investigate suspected misconduct, comply with law, or address a violation of these Terms. We may terminate an account for a serious or repeated violation. Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice and an opportunity to appeal.

Account deletion and termination do not erase obligations or liabilities that arose earlier. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including ownership, licenses already granted for lawful retention, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute terms—will survive.

11. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, permanent storage, the accuracy or availability of third-party content, or that the Service will meet every requirement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, consumer guarantees, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyList and its affiliates, personnel, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or opportunities, arising from or related to the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid MyList for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or (b) US$100.

These limits do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or personal injury where applicable law so provides. Your local law may give you additional rights.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, law, security needs, or business practices. We will post the updated Terms and revise the "Last updated" date. If a change materially reduces your rights, we will provide additional notice and request consent when required by law.

Changes apply prospectively. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and may delete your account.

14. Disputes and applicable law

Before filing a formal claim, please contact us and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally. Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking urgent relief or reporting a matter to a regulator or law-enforcement authority.

Applicable law and the courts with jurisdiction depend on the MyList operator serving your account, your location, and mandatory consumer-protection rules. These Terms do not deprive you of rights or remedies that cannot be waived under the law where you live.

15. General terms

If a provision of these Terms is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your account or these Terms without our permission; we may transfer these Terms as part of a merger, reorganization, or sale of the Service, subject to applicable law.

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any additional terms shown for a specific feature form the agreement between you and MyList regarding the Service.
